New Update - Body ID: Stamford Man Found Floating In Norwalk Harbor Police have identified a man whose body was found floating by a boater. Christian Bernadel, age 26, of Stamford, was found in Norwalk Harbor around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, after police received a report from a boater, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Poice. Norwalk Police Marine Unit and Norwalk Fire Marine Unit responded to the location and recovered Bernadel.
