Here's How Many Speeding Tickets, DUI Arrest State Police Made During Holiday Enforcement State police have released stats related to their increased coverage over the holiday season, even as they continue their crackdown through Wednesday evening. As midnight Tuesday, police had responded to more than 6,000 calls for service, including 400 accidents, two that included fatalities. Officers said they also made 47 DUI arrests. The focus of the holiday week increased patrols including drivers under the influence the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or drugs as well as violations committed by aggressive drivers.
