Man Accused Of Driving Into Path Of Police Cruiser, Causing Scene At Greenwich Town Hall A 48-year-old Greenwich resident was arrested after allegedly driving into the path of a police cruiser following a dispute and later causing a scene at Town Hall. Ernest Drupals arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 28, following an investigation into two separate complaints of a person being disruptive and unruly, Greenwich Police said. The first incident took place around 1140 a.m. when police responded to Carrona Drive on a report that Drupals allegedly instigated a confrontation with a neighbor, police said.
