Woman Faces DUI Charge After Crash In Greenwich, Police Say A 59-year-old Fairfield County woman was allegedly driving under the influence when she was involved in a late-night crash, police said. Greenwich Police officers responded to the intersection of Byram Road and North Water Street in Greenwich shortly after 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, police said. Norwalk Man, 24, Accused Of Drug Dealing, Greenwich Police Say An expired registration tag on a vehicle in Fairfield County led to the arrest of a 24-year-old man who allegedly was dealing drugs, police said. Officers from the Greenwich Police Department stopped Norwalk resident Joel Arroyo shortly before 1:45 a.m. after he was spotted driving with an expired registration plate on Byram Road. According to police, during that traffic stop, officers established probable cause to search the vehicle.
