Police ID Teen Pulled From Frozen CT Pond A teen who has been missing since last year has been identified as the person pulled from a frozen Connecticut pond. Brandon Jenkins, age 18, was found Saturday, Jan. 30, when a passerby called 911 to report a body in the ice-covered Duck Pond of Edgewood Park in New Haven, New Haven Police said. Jenkins, a resident of New Haven, had been missing since. Sunday, Dec. 20, when he left his New Haven home and never returned.
