Suspect Nabbed In Cold Case Murder Of Fast-Food Restaurant Worker A suspect has been apprehended in the cold case murder of an overnight worker at a fast-food restaurant in the area. Danarius Dukes, 43, was arrested on Thursday night, June 2 and charged with the 1993 murder of Theodore “Teddy” Edwards.  Edwards was a 77-year-old janitor that worked the overnight hours at Duchess restaurant located in Bridgeport at 35 Boston Ave.  "The evidence in this case shows that Dukes and three others devised a plan to rob the manager of the restaurant after closing time," Bridgeport Police said.
