Nearly two dozen allegedly impaired motorists were removed from the road by New York State Police troopers for alleged drunk driving in the area.

On Saturday, March 23, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Michael F. Docherty, 53, of Wappinger,, for DWI. He was traveling on Myers Corners Road in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
