Police Investigating 'Targeted' Incident Of Shots Fired On Street In Fairfield County Police are investigating an incident of shots fired on a street in Fairfield County. The incident took place on Monday, Aug. 30 on Arbor Drive in Norwalk,  Officers located several shell casings in the area, said Norwalk PD Sgt. Sofia Gulino.  No injuries were reported.
