19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Crash An area teenager is dead after crashing his motorcycle over the weekend. Members of the Torrington Police Department were dispatched near the intersection of Kennedy Drive and Alvord Park Road at approximately 11:45 a.m. on Saturday morning, where there was a report of a motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, police said that officers found a motorcycle off the road, in a nearby wooded area.
