Three Nabbed After Purse Snatching At Commuter Lot, State Police Say Connecticut State Police troopers were able to track down an adult suspect and two juveniles who were allegedly involved in a purse snatching incident at a commuter lot on Route 9. Shortly before 7:45 p.m. on Sunday night, troopers from Troop H in Hartford responded to the Route 9, exit 30 commuter lot in New Britain, where a woman reported that three Hispanic men had taken her purse off her arm by force, before taking off on foot.
