Fairfield County Man Arrested For Shooting Death Of Girlfriend, Police Say A 67-year-old Fairfield County man has been arrested for the murder of an area woman who was shot to death in May 2020. The Stamford Police Department arrested Gary Greig, age 67, of Stamford on Thursday, March 11 for murder in the death of 50-year-old city resident Staci Magazzi, said Lt. Tom Scanlon. Greig has been in the custody of the Connecticut Department of Corrections for a firearm charge related to this same incident, Scanlon said.
