FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Six runners from Fairfield and Southport finished Monday’s Boston Marathon before the race was stopped after two explosions near the finish line, according to the race website.
Runners who finished were Meade Fogel, Jeffrey Nickell, William Seanor, Joseph Swift, Kate Worrell and Michael McCresh. Katina Wolfe and Maura Brum passed the halfway mark.
