William Shakespeare’s 'Othello' Coming Via HD To Fairfield University

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Fairfield University and National Theatre Live are teaming for a fifth season of HD broadcasts, beginning with a presentation of William Shakespeare's "Othello."

Broadcasts of "Othello" will take place at 2 and 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. Tickets are $25, $20 for seniors and $15 for students and children.

Other upcoming performances will include:

  • "Macbeth," by William Shakespeare, Thursday, Oct. 17, at 2 and 7 p.m.
  • "Hamlet," by William Shakespeare, Thursday, Oct. 24, at 2 and 7 p.m.
  • "Frankenstein," by Nick Dear, Friday, Nov. 1, at 2 and 7 p.m.
  • "The Habit of Art," by Alan Bennett, Thursday, Nov. 7, at 2 and 7 p.m.
  • "Coriolanus," by William Shakespeare, Thursday, Feb. 6, at 2 and 7 p.m.
