Superintendent of Schools Toni R. Jones advised parents via email Monday that the contract was settled.
"This is to update you on my previous communication regarding a possible bus strike. A contract has been ratified and transportation services will not be disrupted," Jones said in the email.
Earlier this month, Jones had reassured parents that negotiations were underway to keep bus service in place for the town's students.
A "no-strike" agreement had been in place through the end of the month while negotiations continued.
