Their goal is to assist their clients with buying and selling their homes in Fairfield, Southport, Weston and Westport. Baldwin, Keith and Mengel have a combined 20-plus years of real estate experience.

Baldwin has a background in marketing and was on a sales team with IBM Corp. earlier in her career.
Keith is the third generation of her family to call Fairfield home. Her clients come to her for her expertise in the Connecticut marketplace.
Mengel has an extensive background in advertising and publishing, which compliments her real estate business.
Between the three of them, they have raised 10 children, which affords them firsthand knowledge of both the public and private school systems.
