Letter to the editor:
I have met Cristin McCarthy-Vahey several times and I personally think she is a very nice person. The problem is that the Democratic policies she supports in Hartford are destroying business in Connecticut. In 2014 she ran on a platform of creating jobs in our state, however, the policies she and Gov. Dannel Malloy support in Hartford are chasing businesses and jobs out of Connecticut. She has voted to fund the last two budgets increasing our taxes to record levels, ranking Connecticut as the worst state in financial stability.
I have spoken to Ray Neuberger and I am impressed by him, we need his optimism and his determination to address Connecticut's fiscal crisis.
We need change in Hartford and Ray Neuberger is the type of Representative that will bring fiscal responsibility back to Connecticut.
