To the Editor:
Brenda Kupchick has been a great representative for our town and for our district for many years and deserves our support for re-election.
Now, more than ever, with the state in such a terrible financial condition, we need Brenda fighting for Fairfield. Fighting against the continued increases in spending, taxes, regulation and overall poor financial policies that are causing businesses to leave, jobs to disappear and our state to be ranked at the bottom of the nation in most financial categories.
The state is at a crossroads. As we have seen with GE leaving, the consequences are too real and too close to home for us not to hit issues head on and to tackle the tough problems. As a small business owner, experienced local politician and accomplished state legislator, Brenda understands the issues and is willing to tackle them head on.
I am proud to call Brenda a friend, happy to have her as my neighbor, am a satisfied customer of her and her husband’s business and thrilled to have her as my state representative.
I encourage everyone to vote to re-elect Brenda.
