To the Editor:
We need change for a successful future!
I believe Cristin McCarthy Vahey has been a responsible public representative. My family really appreciated her work here in Fairfield while a member of the RTM. Her work with the BOE was especially in line with our support. I say “has,” because as a state Representative, Cristin has supported Governor Malloy on important issues that have hurt businesses in Connecticut and likely encouraged them to "close up shop" in our once great state. We certainly do not need to encourage Gov. Malloy or any of his ideas. Connecticut is one of the least friendly states for businesses and the second highest for property taxes. The only way to change our future is to change the people we send to Hartford.
We need to elect Ray Neuberger as our next State Representative. He knows businesses employ the middle class! It is my hope you will vote for Ray Neuberger on November 8th! Let’s start getting Connecticut and Fairfield back on track.
