Laurie Ott of Milford was arrested shortly after 12:40 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 8, after the Bridgeport Police Department's 911 center received the call saying she was going to go to "Bridgeport's Airport and begin shooting people," said Bridgeport Police Spokesman Terron Jones.

Bridgeport Police responded quickly and located Ott on Kirkside Avenue in Milford, Jones said.

The airport, located at 1000 Great Meadow Rd, Stratford, was not put on lockdown and no one was injured, Jones said.

Ott was charged with threatening and terrorist acts.

She is currently being held without bond.
