On Saturday afternoon, officers were called to the store after security stopped Linnea Epps, 25, of Port Chester, N.Y., when they saw her take the tags off of items in the Juniors section and put them into a bag, police said.
According to the police report, she was found with $199 in clothing, accessories and shoes. Epps was charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court on July 1, police said.
Officers were called a second time Sunday morning when 67-year-old Lucilia Lopes of Trumbull attempted to conceal several shirts in a plastic bag, police said.
The police report says Lopes was stopped by security when she attempted to leave without paying for her items.
She was charged with charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court on July 2.
