Two Fairfield U. Students Face Drug Charges For Smoking Pot In Dorm Room

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Two Fairfield University students were arrested Friday after campus security found three teens smoking marijuana in a dorm room around 11 p.m., police said.

Henry Martin, 19, of Marblehead, Mass., and Stephen Millerick, 19, of Waltham, Mass., were each charged with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana and use and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Millerick was also charged with possession of narcotics because he was found with a small bag of cocaine, police said.

The third person received an infraction for having less than a half-ounce of marijuana, police said.

Martin and Millerick were each released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 20, police said.
