Officers were called around 2:55 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, to the store in Riverside Commons, but the suspects had already fled the area in a black vehicle, said Greenwich Police.

Store employees were able to provide a description of the vehicle to police who were then able to track it down nearby and make a traffic stop, police said.

During the stop, officers found stolen merchandise in the trunk, police said.

A check of the store security video matched the alleged shoplifters.

Police arrested Kevin Grant, 53, of Brooklyn; Robert Gaskins, 31, of the Bronx, and Josthen Rafael Noboa, 24, also of Brooklyn.

All three were charged with larceny, illegal possession of shoplifting device and conspiracy.

Grant was also charged with interfering with officers, identity theft, and forgery. He is being held on $10,000 bail.

Gaskins and Noboa are being held on $1,500.
