On April 15, employees from the Stop & Shop on Villa Avenue said a man ran out of the store with a cart containing five bags of frozen shrimp, valued at $99.40, police said. The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m.

A Bennett Street man reported about $3,000 worth of saws, drills and a power washer were stolen from his unlocked Ford van sometime between 4 p.m. April 12 and 8 p.m. April 13, police said. The van was parked at his home.

In addition, a woman reported about $1,800 in items stolen from her unit at a Kings Highway Cutoff storage facility, police said.

The woman said there is construction at the site and workers had moved her belongings, but a microwave oven, a Sirius radio, an Xbox, several video games and other items were missing, police said.

The incident occurred some time between March 27 and April 14, police said.
