The student said he was walking on the Post Road downtown around 11:30 p.m. when a man in a gray, two-door convertible asked if he needed a ride.
When the car got to Barlow Road, the suspect put his hand on the victim’s crotch over his jeans, the victim told campus public safety.
The victim jumped out of the car at the intersection of Barlow and Round Hill roads and went straight to Public Safety because he “felt violated” and wanted to make a report, police said.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-50s with gray hair, police said.
