An officer stopped Jessimar Rodriguez, of Wisteria Drive, on Kings Highway East after he saw her nearly collide with another vehicle around 11:30 p.m.. police said.
Rodriguez submitted to a breathalyzer test and blew a .164, more than twice the legal limit, police said. She also told police she had marijuana in the car and officers found drug paraphernalia and a small jar with an oxycodone pill in it, police said.
Rodriguez was charged with possession of narcotics, operating under the influence and failure to obey a traffic signal, police said.
She was released on $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 3, police said.
