Fairfield Woman Reports Labor Day Weekend Burglary, Police Say

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Mill Hill Terrace woman came home from a holiday weekend away to find her home had been burglarized, police said.

The woman found her rear door open and computers, jewelry, cash, gift cards and handbags missing, police said. An electric leaf blower was also stolen from the garage.

The woman said the crime must have happened between 9:30 a.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.
