A white man wearing a black sweater and jeans in his late 30s entered the CVS at about 10:20 a.m. and went to the baby section, Fairfield police said.
The suspect took six cans of baby formula valued at $25.99 each and walked past all the registers before leaving the store, police said. He ran through the parking lot after an employee attempted to stop him, police said.
