Dayana Coba, 26, of Kyles Way, was charged with second-degree breach of peace in the 1 a.m. incident at Crave on Sanford Place.
The 29-year-old victim told police he was at 55 Wine Bar, when he noticed Coba and her parents were also at the restaurant.
He said a bouncer asked him to leave because Coba told him she was in the process of securing a restraining order against the victim, police said.
The man said he left and went to Crave, only to have Coba’s parents confront him there, police said.
On the surveillance video, Coba appears to get between her parents and the victim to break up the incident and then punches him twice in the face, police said. Officers on the scene said the victim had redness around his eye, police said.
Coba was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 4.
