Fairfield Police Looking To Hire New Officers

The Fairfield Police are now accepting applications to fill expected vacancies in the department later this year.

Salaries for entry-level officers range from $56,935 to $70,448. Benefits include health insurance with dental, optical and life insurance coverage, retirement packages after 25 years of service, 12 paid holidays per year and a week of vacation time after six months.

The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association will hold exams in Fairfield on June 8. Those interested in applying can register for the exam online here. For more information, visit the Fairfield Police website.
