The first call came in at 11:16 p.m., when neighbors up the block on Fairfield Beach Road told police there was a large party taking place and the music could be heard up the street, police said.
When officers arrived at the house, they found 150 people on the back porch area and an additional 50 inside the house, most holding beer cans or red solo cups, police said.
Police issued the resident, Andrew Vaneyck, 21 of Old Greenwich, a misdemeanor summons on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was given a court date of Sept. 23.
Shortly after issuing the summons, and while assisting people in leaving the house, officers stopped two people who left the house with open containers of alcohol, police said. Breanne Kenney, 19, and Christopher Kelly, 21, were issued tickets on a charge of having an open container of alcohol in public.
A third incident at the house occurred at 11:48 p.m., when Massachusetts resident Patrick Gill, 21, was issued an infraction ticket on a charge of creating a public disturbance.
