FAIRFIELD, Conn. A Fairfield man was arrested twice in the same night in connection with a domestic dispute, according to police reports.
An Eastfield Drive resident called police Saturday night to report that his son was breaking glass items inside their home during an argument, police said. The damage was estimated at $530, according to the police report.
The son, Geoffrey Wargo, 21, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. He was released on the condition that could not return home that night. He was then taken to St. Vincents Medical Center for treatment for a laceration on his hand.
Approximately four hours later Fairfield Police received a second call reporting that Wargo had returned home. He was arrested a second time and charged with second-degree violation of conditions of release, also a misdemeanor. He was then held in lieu of a $25,000 bond and taken to court by Fairfield Police on Monday morning.
