Nilson Rodriguez, 57, of Anson Street, turned himself in and was changed with violation of a restraining order, police said.
He was held on $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
The victim said she became friends with Rodriguez through a photography job, but he began stalking her and she felt unsafe, police said. She had a 2016 civil protection order in place, police said.
On June 14, the victim told officers she received two calls from Rodriguez, who said she owed him money and he knew where she worked, police said.
While she was with officers, he called again and she put him on speaker phone, but he hung up before an officer could talk to him.
Police got an arrest warrant and Rodriguez turned himself in at 7 a.m. Monday.
