Officers from the Milford Police Department responded to the Devon Shell gas station at approximately 4:20 a.m. on Feb. 5, where there was a report of an unruly customer who had left the store.

Police said that the investigation into the incident determined that Milford resident Michael King, 33, allegedly argued with the store clerk about a coffee. After the argument, King allegedly knocked over a display rack and spit on the business window before leaving.

King had left the scene prior to officers’ arrival, and was later located at his Intervale Parkway home, where he was arrested. King was charged with disorderly conduct and issued a ticket to appear in court on March 5 to answer the charge.
