Car Crashes Into Laundromat On Post Road

A vehicle slammed into the side of a laundromat on Sunday, startling partons, but not injuring anyone.

The incident took place around 5 p.m. Sunday at the Post Plaza Laundromat at 222 Post Road, Fairfield, said Fairfield Police Lt. Robert Kalamaras.

According to Kalamaras, the vehicle was being operated by an elderly female when she hit the building. There was minor damage to both the vehicle and the building.

The woman was not injured.
