Samuel Wargo-Cummings, 37, of Myron Avenue, was arrested on a warrant and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, after he was arrested in Trumbull on similar charges last weekend.

Police said Wargo-Cummings and another man took the chocolates to a self-checkout aisle and rang them up, but did not pay for candy before leaving the store. They were captured on surveillance video, and the other man was arrested earlier this month, police said.

Bond was set at $500 and Wargo-Cummings is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 4, police said.
