The report comes after 30 pages of documents dealing with the investigation were released in response to a Freedom of Information request from Hearst Connecticut Media, the story said.
According to the report, the case focuses on an Aug. 25, 2013 car crash. The alleged victim had twice been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving before the crash and feared a third incident would result in her going to jail, according to the story.
Officer Pasquale Feola, according to the woman, used his position to engage her in sexual acts on at least two occasions, the story said.
