Born in Bridgeport, Vida was a lifelong area resident. She was a retired key punch operator, founding member of A Project from the Heart and devoted mother of four.
She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony M. DeMino and Josephine M. Bambino DeMino; and a sister.
Survivors include her children, Anthony M. Vida Sr.; Mark R. Vida; Craig S. Vida; and Karen A. Vida; three grandchildren; her niece; a nephew; several cousins; and close friends.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial mass Thursday, July 2 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Old Stratfield Road, Fairfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to A Project from the Heart c/o The Larson Funeral Home.
