FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Martha Ferrigno Roma, 81, of Fairfield, wife of the late Stephen Roma, died Oct. 2.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa Pacifico Ferrigno.
A resident of Fairfield for 50 years, she was a retired employee of Warnaco.
She will be remembered by her family, including two children, Theresa Civitelli, of West Haven, Paul Roma, of Fairfield; three grandchildren, Diana, Jared, and Christina; four great-grandchildren; her siblings, Anthony Ferrigno, and his wife, Fran, of Trumbull, Lena Crawford, of Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband Stephen, she was predeceased by one son, Paul, and two brothers, Angelo and Paul.
Friends may greet her family from 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, Fairfield Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m Tuesday in St. Emery's Church, Fairfield, with the interment to follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery.
