Louise Hamm, 96, Of Fairfield, Retired Secretary, Safeco Insurance Company

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Louise R. Hamm of Fairfield died Tuesday, Nov. 18. She was 96.

Hamm was born in Shippton, Pa., to Joseph and Margaret Szabo Repko and moved to Connecticut in 1941 where she resided in Fairfield for over 40 years and was a retired secretary for Safeco Insurance Company.

Hamm is survived by Marilyn Metzger (Ronald) of Fairfield; two grandchildren; five  great-grandchildren; brother, Philip Repko, of Shippton, Pa.; sister, Dorothy Sefchick, of Philadelphia, Pa.; and a niece. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Sidney; and brothers, Joseph and John Repko.

Funeral services will be held privately in Pennsylvania.
