Van Zandt was born in 1987, in Bridgeport, daughter of Lorette and Richard Massa.
Van Zandt is survived by her brothers, Robert and Ryan Van Zandt.
A memorial service in celebration of Van Zandt’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 4 at St. Pius Church, 834 Brookside Drive, Fairfield.
