FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Jennifer L. Spalding, a six-year resident of Fairfield and a Norwalk native, died on Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at age 45.
She worked at Overton’s in Norwalk for 12 years. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Matthew Spalding; two sons, Matthew and Jackson; her parents, John and Judy Hegar; two brothers; and a sister.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7, at 11 a.m. at Southport Congregational Church, 524 Pequot Ave., Southport, followed by a reception in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Elizabeth M. Pfriem SWIM Center for Cancer Care, 2800 Main St., Bridgeport, CT 06606.
