FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Edgar (Ned) Beaver, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Dec. 23. He was 64.
He is survived by his wife, Gwen Burroughs Beaver; his son, Ezra Beaver and his wife Katie; two stepchildren, Elizabeth Doerr and her husband Michael and Davis C. Burroughs IV; two sisters, Beth Davis and Kendra Beaver and her husband David; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Dec. 26, at 4 p.m. at First Church Congregational, 148 Beach Road, Fairfield, with the Rev. David Spollett officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Operation Hope, 636 Old Post Road, Fairfield, CT, 06824.
