Carol E. Buckson-Valdes, 47, Former Fairfield Resident, Air Force Veteran

STAFFORD, Va. - Carol E. Buckson-Valdez, of Stafford VA, formerly of Fairfield, Conn., died Feb. 28. She was 47.

Buckson-Valdez was the daughter of William R, and Marion Muirhead Buckson. She was a 1983 graduate of Andrew Warde HS, an eight year U.S. Air Force veteran and was employed as an intel analyst with L-3 Communications.

Buckson-Valdez is survived by her brother, William C. Buckson (Connie A.) of Jeffersonton, Va.; niece, Catherine McCoy of Blacksburg Va.; special friend, Danita Del Toro of Hampton Va.; and numerous other family members.

A graveside memorial service be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 13 at the Mt. Grove Cemetery in Bridgeport.
