Skies will be partly sunny on Monday with a high temperature around 82 degrees. Temperatures are expected to dip in to the high 60s during the evening.
Showers and thunderstorms become more likely on Thursday, June 30, with a 70 percent chance and a high of 81.
Independence Day could feature more rain and thunder with a high of 77 degrees. Chance of rain is 60 percent.
Meteorologists are also tracking a possible tropical storm that could produce high seas and strong winds for the area late Friday, July 4 and into Saturday, July 5.
Since the storm is not yet formed, experts are maintaining a low confidence level about the impact of the potential storm.
