FAIRFIELD, Conn. - United Illuminating was reporting an outage Wednesday afternoon in Fairfield affecting more than 1,500 customers, or almost 7 percent of the town.
According to the UI website, the outage started at 11:43 a.m. The company is estimating that power will be restored by 1:24 p.m.
