Two Public Meetings On Fairfield's Town Green To Be Held In January

FAIRFIELD, CONN. -- Two public meetings will be held to review plans for improving Fairfield’s historic Town Green.

The meetings will be held at the Fairfield Museum and History Center Monday, Jan. 18, and Tuesday, Jan. 26. Both start at 6 p.m.

With support from the state’s Historic Preservation Office, the town has engaged the Suffield-based Elmore Design Collaborative, a landscape architectural firm that specializes in cultural landscape preservation, to develop multi-phased plans to improve parking, traffic, and public amenities at the Town Green.

The museum is located at 370 Beach Road.
