Showers, Thunderstorms, Patchy Fog Expected For Fairfield

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- A long run of sunny days will give way to clouds, rain and potential thunderstorms in Fairfield on Tuesday afternoon and into the evening.

Patchy fog will move into the area after 1 a.m. Tuesday. The rest of the day will be mostly cloudy with a chance showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Temperatures will be in the mid 80s.

Sun will return on Wednesday, but temperatures will be much cooler with a high of 67 degrees. Wind gusts could be up to 32 mph.

Thursday and Friday will be mostly sunny with temperatures in the mid-to-high-60s.
