Overnight Showers Expected In Fairfield Tuesday Night

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Partly sunny skies will give way to clouds that could bring rain to Fairfield County on Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Monday will remain partly sunny with unseasonably warm temperatures near 80 degrees.

Clouds will prevail Tuesday and will bring cooler temperatures with highs in the low 70s.

Showers will threaten the region overnight. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Scattered showers will remain on Wednesday with a high temperature of about 68 degrees. The chance of rain is 30 percent.

Sunny skies should return Thursday and remain through Friday with high temperatures around 70 degrees.
