According to Grant, Paul Padua and Theresa Kochiss-Padua, both of Norfolk in Litchfield County, were traveling eastbound on a 2014 Harley Davidson when a bear ran in front of them, hitting the motorcycle.

Both received minor injuries and were transported to Danbury Hospital for treatment.
