Victoria Erlingheuser is safe and unharmed.

A 13-year-old girl has gone missing in the area and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Victoria Erlingheuser, who went missing Tuesday night after indicating to her family that she was planning to run away, according to the Naugatuck Police Department.
She is described as being 5-feet tall, 80 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black-and-pink dress.
